My first job out of college was with Met Life where I spent 7 years before launching my career as a broker. I developed a relationship with Steve Czeiszperger who has run Czeiszperger & Associates for over 40 years. In 1998, I moved back to the family farm in Brookville, Ohio the town that I was raised in, to be a pillar in my community. I purchased the office that I am currently in and merged with Tammy Garrison to form Garrison-Rhoads & Associates in 2007.Being born and raised in Brookville, I know what people in this community need to find success in retirement.
