For over 29 years, I have been the President and CEO of Rec Media, a company founded in 1995 with a vision to connect brands with audiences in community and municipal recreational facilities across Canada. Over the past quarter century, Rec Media has grown to become the preeminent provider of efficient, one-stop executions of grassroots, indoor out-of-home media and sponsorship campaigns in recreational facilities, especially in hard-to-reach secondary and tertiary markets.In my role at Rec Media, I am responsible for overseeing full company operations, including sales and sales management, HR, supply chain management, accounting, legal, and IT. I identify opportunities and develop the strategy and plans to capitalize on them. I particularly enjoy motivating and empowering our team to succeed, and driving the company’s culture and values.
