Performing as Site Lead for Leidos. Manages the administrative, operations, maintenance staff, and operational employment of your project.Periodically fly on missions to maintain proficiency and mission awareness.Evaluate, create and execute plans to optimize mission effectiveness and prevent operational disruptions.Ensure all aircraft maintenance and safety inspections are conducted in accordance with FAA and applicable U.S. Military requirements.Evaluate the performance of all Project staff. Saic

Manages 5-8 person flight crew in execution of company mission in support of customer. Operates mission planning and mission execution software (Dash-8). Interprets Hyper spectral and High Resolution sensor images to locate and prosecute targets of interest. Operates multiple secure military radios and airborne imagery sensors. Well versed in TF and Special Ops missions. Navigates/Directs mission in prosecution of assigned target decks/collections. Responsible for the tracking, training, and operational movement of 50+ Operators

Afghanistan

Operates infrared EO/IR sensor systems, and illuminator equipment and allied components. Performs mission planning by assembling target information, locating forces and hostile defense locations. Operates and monitors detection systems by searching for, acquiring and identifying objects. Provides guidance to ground personnel to object recognition. Coordinates with other aircrew members to verify and validate objects. Prepares mission and maintenance reports. Prepares in-flight mission reports and assures proper documentation of equipment malfunctions in required forms and reports.

Employed with Airscan Inc. contracting for Multi-National Corps Iraq as an airborne multi sensor systems operator at contingency operating base Speicher. Over 1000 hours flight time experience in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for the operation of aircraft systems.2007-2008: Operated multiple in flight mission systems with great success in Senegal, Africa. Flew numerous anti-smuggling sorties in support of AFRICOM forces. 200 flight hours.2005-2007: Two years flying experience as lead airborne systems operator for U.S. Army and Nato forces in Kosovo, flying for Airscan Inc. Over 1000 hours flight time in theatre.
