As the Advertising Operations Manager at Digital Consulting I serve as Operational Lead for the Ad Opts Team with the goal of developing, refining, implementing and training associates on Digital Consulting's standard advertising operating procedures by coordinating with all of Digital Consulting's departments and Digital Consulting's Executive Leadership. I am involved in creating and implementing procedures that meet the needs to ensure Digital Consulting provides a valuable service to our Clients while managing the business to best in class practices. In addition to leading new team members AdTech orientation and training, I provide high level thought leadership in identifying potential needs for existing procedure changes, engaging all necessary departments to ensure best practices are maintained, and lead all team members in making any necessary changes to standard operating procedures.In cooperation with the Digital Consulting's Executive Team, I help develop and structure regular reviews to address immediate and long-term efficiency. This will include meeting with various departments on a regular basis to review internal procedures and methodologies, identifying potential risks and issues, then providing input and recommendations on maintaining efficiency and reducing redundancy while managing the business. Exceptional communication skills are required to ensure all team members understand the details and the expected outcomes to all processes. As Operations Manager I am involved in various technology solutions and platforms to provide the highest ROI. Secondary to overall training and operational leadership on existing processes, as Operations Manager I will seek additional operational opportunities with the Client and the Client’s internal processes, engaging any necessary department leadership to provide options, ideas and new strategies to best maintain the Client relationship and account. I report to the VP of Operations and Executive Leadership.
