As part of the Oracle S&L Government Strategy and Business Development team, I support the Sales team in delivering compelling positioning of Oracle's HCM Cloud offerings. * Direct HCM strategy for field, inbound and outbound sales teams including regional and national management * Develop and manage end-to-end sales plays and campaigns* Develop and maintain relationships across highly matrixed organization and developed influence as necessary* Remain abreast of sales process business operations and educate the sales team on same* Drive business process, product management, partner strategy, and marketing changes* Maintain and disseminate continuous expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications, value propositions * Develop government industry-specific collateral (e.g. whitepapers, data sheets) for represented solutions* Lead customer meetings and demonstrations to drive pipeline and revenue* Deliver Oracle Cloud Strategy solution presentations adapted to public sector market* Team with sales to close statewide, local government and some Federal Oracle Cloud deals* Executive Sponsor for public sector HCM Cloud implementation projects* Consistently engage with partners and channels program for Oracle Cloud Applications* Create business cases for support of national industry conferences* Develop industry thought-leadership webcasts, whitepapers and conference presentations* Attend, exhibit and develop leads at personnel industry conferences* Instrumental in integrating acquired Taleo solution set into Oracle’s HCM Cloud portfolio for government
