Working very closely with procurement team located in İstanbul for alternative raw material suppliers to get approval as a Nestle supplier.Having supplier visits to track the situation closely.Looking for the new technologies/alternatives to implement in the factory like AI or automation opportunities together with Project team in the factory. Giving consultancy, leading projects to/in the operations team in terms of SAP software, machine performance, capacity increase and having gold standard products everyday.Doing coachings to the shopfloor people (totally 80 people) to increase their loyalty in the organization and create win win culture.
