- Primarily involved in migrating the B2C product built on legacy technologies like Angular JS, .NET 4.8 framework(MVC) powered by CMS (Umbraco) to newer technologies like NextJS (using Typescript) and Tailwind CSS.- Already migrated this page (https://www.botb.com/winners) in the existing MVC environment by using webpack that generated the bundled and minified version of the Next JS work. Also, created the Rest APIs from scratch to support this work on client side. Optimised queries and enhanced performance of this API. Implemented caching as well.- Looking into the website performance (client side) from Lighthouse, Page speed, GT Metrix and fixing the major issues (red flagged by these tools like LCP, aspect ratio, optimising images to next gen formats, etc. etc.)- Already optimised the homepage (https://www.botb.com/) performance and improved the Lighthouse/Page Speed report significantly.- creating new REST APIs in .NET 4.8 framework to support my react work.- Implementing MemoryCache for the Rest APIs.- Writing unit tests in jest framework.- Looking into the customer issues and acting upon them.- Looking into the Azure App insights to identify root cause of the issues, performance monitoring (server side), etc.- created build pipeline in Azure DevOps from scratch to support building the react work for the existing environment.- responsible for managing the build and release pipelines.- helping team understand the react and client side stuffs.

Zinier (A startup organisation) had primarily three teams on the development side (Platform, StudioZ and FSE). The Platform team was responsible for creating libraries that can be used by StudioZ team. The StudioZ team was responsible for creating a web portal for the FSE team in a way that FSE team can build the custom user interfaces (with rich data) using the StudioZ provided features. I was the part of StudioZ team where I was leading the team of 5 members. My role was to create generic UI builders for the FSE team using either Platform libraries or sometimes, we build our own libraries/framework (depends upon the use-case). The primary tech stack was React JS, Javascript and Node JS.Initially, StudioZ and Platform teams were a single unit which then got separated to manage and maintain the code effectively. Apart from my BAU tasks, I was also responsible for managing my team's work, unblocking them, managing the sprint tasks and deliverables, doing PI planning with the stakeholders, taking decisions in the team, architectural discussions with the stakeholders, code reviews, managing deployment pipelines and maintaining code quality. I also worked for FSE team during my last few months.

I worked for multiple teams (Civacon, Platform and VSG) here. I started my journey by fixing lots of bugs in Civacon project and making it stable for the release. I then moved to the Platform team where my job was to create a Platform application (SaaS) for various businesses of the Dover in a way that these businesses can leverage the features and functionalities of the Platform app and customize them as per their needs/use cases. I had the entire ownership of this application from the Frontend side where I was creating Angular libraries (and publishing them as a node modules), features, profiling, optimisations for the performance (Lazy Loading, GZip compression from the NodeJS side as this was a SSR project), code reviews, documenting LLD. I also documented UI Coding Best Practices and Principles for the team which was extensively followed and used. There were some of the work in Node JS as well where I had to create APIs, swagger documentation for these APIs, GZip compression for reducing the bundle size as this was the server side rendered project, etc.The REST APIs were built in C#. The model was such that the client calls the Node JS API which then calls the C# APIs. The C# APIs were not public and client can only make requests to the Node JS APIs. The app data was stored initially inside the In-memory DB which then later moved to the SQL DB.I used to be involved into various architectural discussions, leadership meetings and project discussions where my opinion mattered a lot. I was also helping the organization in getting new talent by interviewing them on Frontend side. After an year, I got promoted to a Lead Engineer.

I worked on a "Teamplay" project. It was a healthcare project primarily involved in the details of Siemens CT and MR scanners. There were other variants of the scanners as well. The team was distributed into Platform, Protocols, Dose, Images and Usage. I was a part of the Protocols team. My roles and responsibilities were as follows:- Develop and maintain features like "list of CT and MR scanners", "showing the details of every scanner", "pulling the protocols of a scanner", and "showing the details of each protocol" using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and C# (.NET Framework).- Write Unit Tests for Frontend and Backend components.- Write BDD tests under smoke, functional and workflow categories.- Write Selenium tests for UI testing.- Daily scrum in Agile SDLC.- Active participation in Planning, Grooming and Retrospective meetings.- Active participation in the technical discussions with the Software Architect, Product Owner and team members.

I have worked on two projects: E-Commerce and Golf Course Tournament Management.Under E-Commerce, I developed Order, Inventory Management and Shopping-Cart features using C# (.Net Framework), jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and SQL Server.Under Golf Course Tournament Management, I developed all the features from scratch. It was a Windows application which I converted into a web application using jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, C# (.NET Framework) and SQL. I got the opportunity to understand jQuery and SQL in depth. I created Stored Procedures for complex queries (involving multiple JOINS) for optimisation. This helps reduce the network latency. With jQuery, I handled lots of dynamic data getting rendered on the web page. There were run-time event listeners attached to such data. Efficiently used LINQ and Lambda Expressions for making SQL queries in C#.
