Based out of Hyderabad as “ State Head AP-Legal” with a spread of around 100 branches thru out AP have taken care of complete litigation filed by company and filed against company, giving advice to business and collections on legal queries, taken care of statutory compliance, empanelment of advocates and co-ordination with panel advocates, imparted legal training and created awareness on legal to collection and business team, scrutinizing title documents and providing legal approval for mortgage loans of Commercial , Salaried and SME sectors, initiating arbitration process on default account of mortgage, business and personnel loans , preparing monthly Legal Mis.

Worked as an “Executive-Legal” in Mahaindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, from Nov., 2005 to June 2008 was placed at Hyderabad as “Second in Line AP-Legal” to take care of all the branches (22) spread all over Andhra Pradesh in relation to vetting agreements , defending the cases filed against the company, filing the cases for recovery of money, conducting settlements, taking care of arbitration matters, appearing before the statutory and government authorities, statutory compliance, conducting legal audit at branches, Legal MIS, providing legal orientation, co-ordinating with advocates and senior counsels and other legal matters.

Practiced as an Advocate from 2000 to 2005. Initially for a period of one year associated with Mr.D Srinivas Prasad, Advocate to care of bank and priviate cases, after which joined the office of Mr.K Gopala Krishna, senior counsel practicing at AP High Court and dealt cases pertaining to SBH, SBI etc., and thereafter associated with Mr. K Papi Reddy, Ex-President of City Criminal Courts, Nampally. Memorable achievement when my first case which I argued before the Hon'ble High Court appearing as a Junior Counsel for State Bank of India got reported in Andhra Law Times “2001 (5) ALT 455”.
