About Travis Slaby
I founded ARIS at home to provide compassionate, professional in home care assistance for people of all ages. Giving someone with a disability, no matter their age, the ability to stay at home and live as independently as possible is what I strive for everyday. I created the name 'ARIS at home' because it represents the core values I want to run my business by: Accountability, Respect, Integrity and Service. Typically, clients ARIS provides care for have the following diagnoses:✓ Alzheimer's / Dementia✓ Balance Issues✓ Parkinson's✓ Macular Degeneration✓ Cerebral Palsy✓ ALS✓ Hypertension✓ Incontinence✓ Unable to perform ADL's (Activities of Daily Living)For these, and many other diagnoses, ARIS can provide assistance in your own home. Common duties our caregivers can assist with include, but not limited to:✓ Companionship, friendship and emotional support.✓ Medication reminders.✓ Accompany clients, or provide clients transportation, to medical appointments recreational and/or social events, grocery store and errands.✓ Teaching/performing meal planning and preparation.✓ Bathing, grooming, dressing and transferring.✓ Assist clients with walking and balance.✓ Provide assistance with bowel/bladder incontinence careI am very proud of the services ARIS provides and hope if someone needs assistance in Chicago, or its surrounding suburbs, I can be there as a resource.
