My role responsibility is to research and develop the activities as Project Manager.In my endeavors to address the UN's SDG 4 (Quality Education), I've been guided by the insights from the National Report 2020 on the progress of the five-year implementation of Sustainable Development Goals. The report emphasizes Vietnam's challenges, notably in aligning education with market demands and ensuring equitable access to education, especially for the vulnerable.Recognizing these challenges, I transformed "Long Khanh on the Road" into ROAD:- Localized Impact: Our initiative primarily serves children in suburban and local areas, many of whom hail from regions like Ha Tinh province, known for its high labor export rates and students not completing high school. These demographics represent some of the most vulnerable populations in terms of access to quality education.- Tailored Programs for the Vulnerable: With our close collaboration with SOS Village, we ensure that these children, despite their backgrounds, receive tailored educational guidance, directly addressing the challenges of target 4.51.Aligning with Market Demands: By reaching 4,257 students through 24 customized programs, we're working to ensure their education is in sync with job market demands, addressing target 4.41.ROAD is more than just a project; it's a dedicated effort to ensure that every child, irrespective of their background or challenges, has a fighting chance at quality education.
