+ In charge of both sales-force and office recruitment for Banking Divisions/Teams suchas RRM Project, IT, Digital project and others senior positions+ Preparing the administration & recruitment activities such as coordination with the recruitment agencies, CV management, advertisement, short list CVs, contacting candidates, arranging interview, and preparing interview documents and others follow up actions until the recruitment process is completed (candidate being rejected or employed)+ Organizing database & maintaining candidate inventory for HR recruitment such as CV & interview result.+ Other HR tasks related

• Be responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates.• Promote and build awareness capabilities to an existing client database• Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current andfuture recruitment needs, and to develop a loyal and powerful relationship with them• Attract candidates by well preparing job description, job posting, screening and short listingapplicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals• Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards• Organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client• Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient with regardsto turn around time and candidate's quality• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression.• Perform other tasks assigned by team leader.

- Have excellent knowledge in terms of product and functional knowledge- Give counselling to customers in person, on phone and by email and do telesales - Generate new relationships with potential customers (new enrolment)- Make sure the student folder filed with appropriate and enough documents- Being the all-in-one contact point for customers to contact as well as handling all queries/problems/issues to increase customers’ satisfaction- Be in charge of all activities and problems to offer customers excellent services and value from the center- Be a leader of summer course program- Maintaining positive & sustainable relationships with current ILA customers (parents & students) for re-enrolments
