• Purchasing raw materials, spare parts, sub-con and ect, with good price, rightquality and right time.• Receiving information, BOM, requests from other departments and making POin Microsoft Dynamics NAV 360 to purchasing.• Updating vendor and purchasing information in MS Dynamics NAV.• Follow-up materials for each production order and coordinate to ensureenough materials on time to meet production requirement.• Follow-up status of material and estimated time of departure from suppliers foreach PO.• Solving material quality’s problems with suppliers.• Negotiating with suppliers about purchasing conditions including price,material specifications, delivery date, payment terms, tax issues,...• Developing new suppliers and create relationship for long-term cooperation.• Making EUTR as requires.• Receiving information from Purchasing team and confirming Sales order toCustomer service department.• Making weekly report.• Making monthly price report.

• Purchasing raw materials, machinery, spare parts, installation work, repair work and ect with good price, right quality and right time.• Follow-up materials for each production order and coordinate to ensure enough materials on time to meet production requirement.• Follow up status of material and estimated time of departure from suppliers for each PO.• Solving material quality’s problems with suppliers.• Negotiating with suppliers about purchasing conditions including price, material specifications, delivery date, payment terms, tax issues,...• Developing new suppliers and create relationship for long-term cooperation.
