This is an Vietnamese organization, so the majority of clients are Vietnamese and many of them do not speak or very little Vietnamese. My jobs are to explain to them the process of application, such as Medicaid, food stamp, how to become US citizen. I help them with every possible to help them receive the benefit they needed. I am also offer transportation to client that does not have transportation.
