- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 3 members, ensuring smooth execution of tasks across various functions.- Internal and Cross-Border Hiring: Oversee internal recruitment efforts within the company and handle cross-border hiring for Talentvis offices in Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. Successfully hired key roles, including: Recruitment Directors, Consulting Managers and Consultants (both local and cross-border).- Founder’s Assistant & Authorized Representative: Serve as the Executive Assistant to the Founder and act as their authorized representative in Vietnam, with the responsibility of signing service documents. Manage confidential matters and ensure smooth coordination between the 02 Vietnam offices (Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi). Responsible for: + Managing the Founder’s schedule and partner engagements + Contract and appendix amendments + Overseeing confidential projects and sensitive business operations- Office Coordination: Ensure communication and workflows between the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.- Special Projects & Business Initiatives: Take charge of special projects and other businesses within the group, including Talentvis Academy. Responsible for connecting with training partners and expanding the company's training network.- Reports: Generate key reports to support decision-making and strategy execution, ensuring data-driven insights for company growth.

- Responsible for internal hiring (local and cross-border hiring): + Source potential candidates through online channels. + Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments. + Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. + Cross-border hiring: Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan & Thailand.- Perform a variety of private and sensitive secretarial and executive support activities.- Support Customer Service/Success and Customer Relations.- Build relationship with external parties to expand brand awareness.- Do administrative duties such as arranging meetings, translating documents, updating monthly graphs.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

- Be in charge of full payroll process for clients: + Draft labor contracts, addendums, terminations and other employment related contracts. + Process monthly payroll report for clients' employees (from 10 to 800 headcounts). + Declare Social Insurance, claim Insurance for employees. + Be responsible for PIT, PIT finalization. + Instruct employee on their onboarding and exit process.- Handle many clients and about 900 headcounts.
