- Co-led the content team for the National Career Development Conference, featuring 15 guest speakers from Vietnam and abroad, and 300+ career practitioners, business leaders, and educators- Collaborated with IELTS Face-off to produce and launch 4 episodes of Career Orientation for students, gardening 140,000 views- Coordinated train-the-trainer courses and edited the "Handbook for Career Development Practitioners" for the community of 1000 career practitioners- Introduced the online Udemy course "Helping Young Children Plan Their Careers" and "21-Day Career Activities" tailored for parents

- Conducted school-wide screenings and identified students facing emotional and behavioral challenges- Delivered Emotions Club for at-risk students and Mindful Kids After-School Program for mainstream students- Referred students to outside mental agencies for in-depth psychological assessment and intervention
