Repairing and troubleshooting customer computers, printers and phones. Setting up new computers and mobile devices for consumer use as per customer requests. Travel to customers houses and businesses to troubleshoot computers and networks, as well as set up new equipment. Some shipping and sales experience as well as handling warranty information for different vendors.
