Worked on C++ and Fortran optimizing compilers that generate programs that execute on IBM Power hardware and run on both Linux and IBM AIX OS- Developed new features and maintained code for the high level optimizer (program performance) component of the compiler.- Wrote new code and developed new tests cases for the Profile Directed Feedback (PDF) compiler feature that instruments programs with counters so we can check program flow and make smarter optimization decisions.
