Executive support to the Chief Internal Auditor working directly with the Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Internal Auditor, supporting the effective running of the executive office. The role provides exposure to the thinking that goes behind the strategic direction of Group Internal Audit and Group Conduct Investigations, how Group Internal Audit fits into the wider Group and engagement with a variety of senior stakeholders.

Working for the Managing Director for Services, HEC, Private Capital &TMT. Successfully managing inbox and diary, arranging and prioritising appointments and organising meetings, events and conferences.

Accounts Assistant included: Managing all business financial accounts, make payments and carry out transfers, maintaining the Sage records up to reconciliation level. Processing receipts, company credit cards and staff expenses. Completing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and communicating with the Inland Revenue concerning PAYE and VAT. Sending remittances of PAYE and processing payroll.PA to Jo Wood/Personal BookkeepingExtensive coordination and management of ever changing diary. Arranging itineraries: Preparing and booking complex travel arrangements including flights and accommodation, booking of venues for events, meetings, lunches and dinners. Booking all holidays, including flights, hotels, sourcing restaurants, activities and creation of itineraries. Co-ordinating personal life including personal shopping, gift buying, bespoke orders and sourcing the suppliers and negotiating prices. Paying all bills and liaising with cleaner, insurers etc. across two houses. Full access to Ms Wood’s entire personal bank accounts. Monthly reconciliations of credit cards. Processing all personal payments for both household amenities and leisure activities.

My position at Interactive Data involved a large amount of monitoring of client services and advising of any delays to services and the availability of their data along with ensuring all data flow was running to schedule. It was a wide and varied role that covered a vast range of responsibilities,
