With over 4 years experience in the field of educational marketing, I also contributed to the strategic planning for our markets. I ran the Google AdWords accounts for all the academies and was involved with website remarketing and social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram. My role included processing applications, following up with students and planning activities for short courses. While also ensuring that logistics run smoothly over marketing events and engaging with students while they visited our campus. As part of this job, I also managed content on the social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn), as well as the college's website. This also involved managing the databases for the marketing team and ensuring the information was kept up to date. I helped with putting together email campaigns and promotional material for the college too. At Lifeway College I got the opportunity to be part of planning and running events the college held. I worked behind the counter in customer service and helped in the stockroom. Merv & Milly's sells women's, men's and children's clothing as well as school uniforms. There is also a bridal department which sells ball gowns and I modelled for the store in various fashion shows throughout Southland. I assisted with making sales and helping customers find clothing to purchase. This also involved general tidying of the store and shutting down at the end of the day.
