People matter. It is our job as leaders to create spaces where our people feel listened to and are heard; where they feel valued for what they bring to the party and where they are nurtured to grow and develop. I have spent over 25 years in the not for profit sector working hard to achieve these things. I lead by example, value authenticity and firmly believe that the way we treat one another is important. I am motivated to facilitate people’s development, their growth in confidence and challenging and supporting them to achieve more, both for individual and organisational benefits. I am qualified in executive and team coaching and am an action learning set facilitator. I believe that these ways of working help to foster a spirit of curiosity and exploration that, if fully embraced, can lead to personal growth and transformation.
