For this information technology consulting firm, performed as a top sales professional. Additional duties included managing, recruiting/staffing, as well as customer service to the clients. Functioned as the Human Resource liason for all consultants. Revenue/profit control were included with the role as well as public relations activiies for the firm.

Manager of Personnel Department including all recruiting needs. Benefits Administration as well as Payroll oversight were included. Also, was responsible for the creation and writing of the company newsletter. As the Manager of Member Services, I was responsible for training and support to the brokerage community for a variety of computer based systems and customer support issues. Planned and conducted quarterly national meetings with investment banking firms and securities exchanges in New York, Chicago and other major cities. Functioned as the writer, editor, and co-designer of the Annual Report.
