Hi there, I’m Trudi Roscouet, founder of Vitality40Plus. I’m dedicated to raising awareness about menopause and women's health by providing support through my initiatives, including one-on-one coaching, corporate training, workshops, and public speaking engagements. 😁 My work on menopause began in 2020 during lockdown in Spain. Returning to Jersey, I wrote an 8-week course on menopause, which marked my entry into the perimenopausal world.Collaborating with a local female GP specialising in women's health led to the creation of the Menopause Forum and Facebook support groups.
