Recently, 2023 - trained as a facilitator for Race Fluency Training delivery. 2024 accredited by Mary Gober to deliver a Great Service Programme developed for TGPL. Trainer for The Guinness Partnership - curating, designing and delivering training solutions to meet staff needs based on needs analysis. Trained the 15 Care Certificate Standards in a phased Induction Programme with great feedback and application in work from the sessions, reviewed Policies & Procedures & amended training solutions based on Level 3 feedback.
