Providing assistance and attending to Examination for Discovery and Trial, arbitrations and expropriation hearings; drafting of pleadings (statements of claim and defence, motion materials, pre-trial conference memoranda); contact with witnesses, including interviews and taking of statements; Also collections, enforcement of judgments, preparation of medical briefs, and summarizing of medical reports; have completed agency work for outside firms in various litigation matters- preparation of course materials for Legal Office Procedures, George Brown including lectures, assignments, tests and final examination
