Allocated thirty Level 1 to 7 primary, secondary, special schools and school of distance education, including Independent Public Schools and schools with State Delivered Kindergarten. My 2021-22 school allocation served 6200 students, of whom 23% were indigenous (17% in CQR) 24% had a disability (21% in CQR) and 106 were in out of home care.* INCLUSIVE EDUCATION – Improved learning outcomes for students with disability (10%), Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders students (4%) and students in out of home care by developing professional capability of school leaders and regional personnel in leading inclusive education practices.* CURRICULUM LEADERSHIP – Improved English and Math achievement rates in allocated schools by 2.4%, higher than the region's 1.8%, through building instructional leadership capability of principals and implementing P-12 CARF and quality assured moderation processes. Led the ARD team in developing a CQ Curriculum Scan and commit to consistent ways of working to embed Australian Curriculum.* COLLABORATIVE INQUIRY –Built greater precision in leadership actions to drive visible school improvement by investing in social and professional capital with 100% school leaders forming learning networks based on collaborative culture, collective accountability, an outcomes orientation and a focus on learning.* CQ REGION EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP TEAM – Influenced and led consistent ways of working based on evidence of misaligned approaches to strategic intent. Collaboratively developed tools and processes with team to build culture and executive leaders' capability, and designed team protocols for accountability.* VIRTUAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES – Initiated and led a community of 12.8K Australian educators, exploring the issues and ethics of Artificial Intelligence and GPT applications. Modelled prompt engineering for teachers planning, assessing and resourcing learning sequences.

Single Rockhampton school acknowledged for improvement.* Established school vision '19th century origins - 21st century learning' and subsequent student learning initiatives resulting in Allenstown historical iPod tour, guide book and Q150 historical plaques.* Capital works of $5.5 million including new prep building, administration building, hall, library extension and outdoor learning environment.* Contributed to 'Let's Stay Put for Literacy and Numeracy' research project on student mobility in collaboration with Crescent Lagoon SS, in partnership with James Cook University.
