Also required working with digital forensics teams.Work with the business units in support of the SOC 1, SOC 2, MARS-E and CMS audits required to maintain certification to act as fiscal agents of the state. This required engaging and overseeing the standup of ArcSight, AlienVault, security center for Nessus, and compliance scanning. These services were dedicated to the Medicaid accounts.Oversaw the design, implementation, and operational support of an MPLS cloud to support 45 office sites, 15 major client call centers and 5 data centers. Management of two security operations centers (SOC) that provided 24x7 monitoring and alerting for the environment.Successfully recovered an entire data center due to flooding over a three-day period.
