Current• Representing a diverse portfolio of properties which include an Historic hotel, Boutique hotel, Farm property and two waterfront resorts on Long Island.• Responsible for generating business via prospecting, outreach, relationships and strategizing. Manage inquiries, established accounts, maintain client relationships and develop repeat business. Fully qualify client needs and expectations to deliver proposals, close deals and finalize contracts for events ranging from corporate, wedding and social.• Manage group and corporate business, market segments include Pharmaceutical, Technology, Automotive, Manufacturing, Fashion, Beauty and Marketing.• Responsible for all Wedding buyout sales for our unique property, The Pridwin, on Shelter Island.• Partner with Director of Revenue Management to identify optimal market pricing.• Collaborate weekly with Marketing team to establish strategies for attracting and growing client base.
