Current- Representing a diverse portfolio of properties which include an Historic hotel, Boutique hotel, Farm property and two waterfront resorts on Long Island.
- Responsible for generating business via prospecting, outreach, relationships and strategizing. Manage inquiries, established accounts, maintain client relationships and develop repeat business. Fully qualify client.
- Manage group and corporate business, market segments include Pharmaceutical, Technology, Automotive, Manufacturing, Fashion, Beauty and Marketing.
- Responsible for all Wedding buyout sales for our unique property, The Pridwin, on Shelter Island.
- Partner with Director of Revenue Management to identify optimal market pricing.
- Collaborate weekly with Marketing team to establish strategies for attracting and growing client base.
