My responsibilities have grown as I have taken on a new role as a project manager at Ricca Design Studios! As well as using Revit to create our drawing set, I am beginning to learn AutoQuotes and create specifications to accompany our drawings. I am handling more direct coordination with architects, engineers, and designers throughout the design process as well as organizing our deliverables for submittal. I am pleased to be working with Ricca and creating what's next in culinary design. Ricca has a very positive reputation in the foodservice industry and has wide experience in hospitality, higher education, corporate offices, public assembly, and healthcare.

As an associate at Ricca Design Studios, my responsibilities included using Revit and AutoCad to create sheets with plan, elevation, and 3D views of kitchen equipment/MEP layouts. I also organize detailed information to support our colleagues in architecture, structural, and interior design. Cedarville, Oh

I acted as the Mechanical Engineering Liaison to the Marketing and Industrial Design schools at Cedarville, as this was a highly collaborative project. Together, we determined constraints for the design of a wooden bike with a battery, motor, and electronics from Shimano Steps. Then I finalized a SolidWorks model of the bike frame based on hundreds of sketches from the ID school. This model was used to code the CNC router and, after days of assembly and wiring, a beautiful final product. Finally, I joined a team of representatives from each department to present our black walnut bike at the North American Handmade Bicycle Show in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I managed roughly 30 students per shift, directed production, interacted with and served customers, and balanced the finances at the end of the day.

Chambersburg, Pa

I edited large assembly and part files in SolidWorks for vacuum molds and frames. I overhauled the design for a camera support fixture, by hand and in SolidWorks. Brief experience laying molds on the frames and studying the CNC router.
