In February 2011 I set up True Creative Management Ltd, a new company offering creative project management inclusive of graphic design and print management services for a wide range of media. In 2002, I joined Dave and the small team at Hyphen Design, where I went on to become a Board Director. This move gave me the chance to become an integral part of a smaller agency where my contribution could really make a difference. It allowed me to become more involved in client liaison as well as gain valuable experience in the financial management of the business.

In the summer of 1999 I was asked back to The Bridge to take on the role of Production Director, where I was responsible for managing the traffic and production department. Returning to The Bridge also gave me an opportunity to become more involved in TV production for clients such as The Daily Express and The Health Education Board of Scotland, while further developing my managerial skills.

In 1994 I joined CCB, one of Scotland’s leading reprographics and print production companies and over the next five years was part of the team that developed their business in the areas of digital and lithographic reproduction and print.

My introduction to advertising was with The Bridge in 1990. As Traffic Manager I was responsible for the efficient progress of creative, studio and production work on behalf of a number of clients including Baxters, Arnold Clark and ScottishPower. My role also included developing and implementing the agency’s internal and external operating procedures in the new era of electronic artwork and production.
