Women's Director Women’s Ministry Directorto give direction and coordination for East Campus specific activities,and coordination of church-wide Women’s Ministries activities This position required encouragement women of all ages to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through learning, sharing, and serving. The goal of this position is was to provide discipleship, guidance and leadership development, oversee and encourage as each woman went through rehabilitation. Within this Women's Ministries, there goal was to identify gifts, talents and abilities while coming alongside relational and fun events. Within this position required prayer life, servant leader, teamanship and to be a gracious encourager.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES1. Help to identify, build and foster participation in existing and future Women’s Ministries2. Delegate, train and support women in leadership of Women’s Ministry groups.3. Coordinate Women's Bible Studies, Classes and disciple-making groups.4. Act as liaison to pastoral staff.5. Coordinate with the other Campus Women's Director of Discipleship, within the coalition of rehabilitation services.6. Attend one Pastor and Director meeting and on LCOM- Campus meeting a month.7. Participate in planning the Annual Women's Ministry calendar/programs/events/retreats includingparticipating in an annual Women’s Ministry Team Planning Retreat8. Document Bible Studies/retreats/events with program details for record-keeping purposes includingbudget impact9. Oversee, delegate, provide training for and support to groups within LCOM-Campus Women’s Ministries and to coordinate and collaborate with the Women’s Director of Discipleship forchurch-wide Women’s Ministries.10. Keep in regular contact with Communications Director for updating website and social mediapromotion.11. Track weekly hours by ministry area to review .

Currently serving as Community Navigator with United Way working to provide outreach opportunities for families in Michigan with uninsured children, provide enrollment and application follow-up assistance,build enrollment partnerships with local organizations and provide training for staff and volunteers in local communities.POSITION GOAL: Increase Financial Benifits, health insurance coverage and access to quality primary health, dental,and behavioral care for Michigan Families
