Responsibilities include; assisting GM with scheduling, hiring/firing and HR, management of all operations, daily sales reporting, retail inventory forecasting, shipping and receiving.

Working alongside the Center Manager completing daily operations including, payday and title loan audits, collections, and marketing. Providing customers with quality customer service and offering the appropriate services to satisfy their financial needs.

Processing short term and installment loans. Skills include Financial, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, and Cash Handling

Working in a team environment to provide customers with their beverage and pastry needs. Responsible for handling cash drops, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café.
