At Titan realty and Construction I assisted senior project managers during the construction of a 72 unit mixed-use urban project. While working at Titan I worked on the overall construction scheduling and making amendments to the schedule. I Analyzed change orders while reconciling the original bid contract of the vendors and presented the financial obligations that followed my analysis to our clients. I coordinated with Architects and Engineers over RFIs and Submittals. Lastly, I assembled a bill of assignments and purchase orders for the project.

At the Philadelphia Planning Commission, I managed the registration process of 100 + registered community organizations and updated the cities database. These communities are crucial for the planning department because they provide feedback on their physical environment and also provide feedback to developers building in their neighborhood. I reviewed and confirmed these organizations' boundaries in ArcGIS. I reported findings from civic design review meetings and assisted regional planners with the implementation of the Philadelphia 2035 Plan.
