Drafts change orders.- Reviews and monitors design projects or construction jobs in progress and ensures adequacy of supervision; accounts for materials and processes used; and the application of project management principles. Reviews and monitors progress of projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery by consultants, contractors, and/or agency personnel.- Participates in the construction quality assurance process including inspections, materials sampling and testing and in evaluations of road and bridge construction projects for compliance with project specifications; Ensures construction costs and/or materials are in line with estimates, plans, and specifications.- Coordinates project activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of engineering technicians and other project personnel.

-Assist in the supervision and operation of a construction office; assist with the supervision or performance of work involving the maintenance, construction, or repair of transportation and public works structures.-Assist in reviewing and monitoring design projects or construction jobs in progress and ensure adequacy of supervision; account for materials and processes used; and the application of project management principles. -Assemble data, prepare studies and reports, and make recommendations to project engineers and/or senior project managers on technical, managerial, engineering, and contract administration problems.

Golden Pass LNG Terminal, Sabine Pass, Texas (EPC) $50M Field/Office Engineer for the construction of two Q-Max LNG tanker berths. Included concrete platforms with steel mezzanine on 54”dia. concrete cylinder piles with 5 ea. loading arms, gangways, fire monitor towers, and pile supported roadway and pipeway trestles. 18 mooring and breasting dolphins, supported on 120”dia., 96”dia. and 60”dia. steel piles, with walkways as well as a tug dock consisting of 2 piers constructed on 36”dia. steel piles. Yard Superintendent overseeing shipping and receiving, as well as mobilization and demobilization of the project. Sabine Pass LNG Terminal, Cameron Parish, Louisiana (EPC) $60M Field/Office Engineer for the construction of two Q-Max LNG tanker berths. Included concrete platforms on 54”dia. concrete cylinder piles with 4 ea. loading arms, gangways, fire monitor towers, and pile supported roadway and pipeway trestles. 20 mooring and breasting dolphins supported on 54”dia. steel piles with connecting walkways. Scope also included basin dredging and revetment slope/slope protection design and installation.
