- Take charge of tasks related to HR fields in the Hospitality sector from the Owner's side and internal Hospitality Department.- Coordinate and work closely with HODs of International Hotel Operators: Melia (Gran Melia & Melia), Accor, Rosewood, and HODs of others Hospitality Group. - Build, negotiate, manage and control on Pre-opening Budget, SOPs, KPIs, Staffing plan, Labor Contract for Local and Expats, Policies, Benefits, Salary and Wages, Expenses, Hiring Schedule, Manning guide, Training plan, etc. for 02 Hotels in the pre - opening period (Gran Melia: villas with 321 keys, Melia: 1 bulding with 520 keys).- Make ad-hoc and periodic reports related to HR: budgets and real expenses, org-charts, upcoming plans etc. and synthesize, analyze data; warning notice; make evaluations and recommendations.- Pre - check and approve reports, contracts, proposals on Human Resources issues… before Vice Chairman's approval.- Build organizational chart, staffing plan, salary range, JDs; organize interviews and recruit positions in Hosp. Dept..- Control, inspect and approve administrative budget, business trips and other expenses before Vice Chairman's approval.- Coordinate with relevant departments and divisions, remind and urge the departments to follow the deadlines and report work results to the Vice Chairman.

- Work directly with managers of units and departments to grasp the situation and needs of personnel to help proactively in recruitment and staffing.- Prepare and implement recruitment plan for 06 member companies (10-15 positions/month, approx. 170 positions/year/person): + Construction: Vega City (Owner), KDD (Subsidiary company), HDEC (Korean contractor) + Hospitality: Gran Melia, Starlight AMS (internal operation) + Others fields: KDI, FCE (Education), KDA Green Farm, Vega Yacht- Carry out recruitment process: Receiving and controlling recruitment proposals, posting jobs, searching and screening resumes from different sources, arranging interviews, evaluating and selecting suitable candidates, browse... ensuring the quantity and quality of recruitment assigned.- Vacancies: from Expert Level to C - Level: 80%, remaining positions: 20%.- Recruitment in various fields: Head office; Human resource management; Hospitality; Construction; Real estate; FMCG; Entertainment: Yacht, Timeshare, etc. Administrative management; Tourism.- Exploit and develop internal and external candidate sources, make the most of social channels and networks: VNW, top CV, vieclam24h, timviecnhanh, Facebook, Linkedin, Zalo... Prepare recruitment report.- Build recruitment brand through communication channels.- Contact candidates, schedule interviews for line managers, and quickly interview some positions.
