Led a multidisciplinary team at Innovate UK (IUK), the UK innovation agency with an annual budget of >£2 billion, in implementing the Impact Management Framework (IMF), transforming operational protocols, streamlining processes, and optimizing data and IT architecture. The IMF facilitated a harmonized approach to policy development, decision-making and intervention design, enhancing IUK's impact across the economy, society, and environment. This initiative aligned IUK's work with the UK Government's vision for global innovation leadership by 2035.Client: Network Rail | Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK. Role: Transformation Programme Commercial Lead. Led the commercial and supplier management workstream as part of an £85m initiative to migrate all NR's systems and applications to Crown Hosting Data Centre - the public sector's co-location hosting solution, and transitioned all support services to new suppliers.
