CurrentJob Responsibilities:- Function as a part of a 24x7x365 operations environment.- Receives work from the Tier I teams, other Tier II groups, and/or ticketing system and drives restoration- Act as second tier fix agent for incidents across multiple platforms which encompasses: + Equipment: Nokia/Alcatel Lucent, Cisco, Juniper, HFC, DWDM, SONET + IP.
