I have more than 3 years of experience working as an expert in the field of customer care and accomodation. I obtained a full-time degree in Hospitality Management from FPT Polytechnic in Hanoi.I started my career at famous hotels in Hanoi as a receptionist, responsible for coordinating the operation of the main lobby, which is considered the face of the hotel. Then, from 2020 until now, I have chosen the position of customer service specialist at Vinhomes Joint Stock Company with many different Management Boards, including Vinhomes Ocean Park (Hanoi), Vinhomes D'.Capitale (Hanoi) and Vinhomes Central Park (Ho Chi Minh City).I used to participate in training new employees on manners, handling situations, and customer communication skills.
