Lead Engineer in charge of Shared Registry System (SRS) business engine. This is the core component of domain name registries. Using Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) as defined by several IETF RFCs, SRS processes millions of transactions from registrars such as GoDaddy and Network Solutions. System is built to be highly available, scalable, and resilient. With strict service level agreement, system responds within milliseconds for each command. During these years, the registry platform was continually enhanced to support the technically flawless launches of .4u.com, .TEL, and .TRAVEL registry systems.

Systems were mainly written using JSP and Servlets running on Tomcat and Apache in a Linux environment. Due to internal restructuring, the entire team then became the Web team in charge of all Neustar websites. This included registry web applications as well as support and maintenance of Apache web farm, and non-registry ColdFusion applications.
