• Reevaluate the entire supply side using historical data and create reports to enhance operations • Bring in revenue reports, assist in the construction, and provide data for management reports (MIS,...) • Develop automated reports and automatic reconciliation tools• Assist in managing the computation of driver's salaries and incentives• Interact with the accounting department to oversee the management of invoices and payables obligations for the team using SAP

• Pricing: Support adjusting surge price, market research for determining rival market prices, and setting up dynamic pricing services• Support analyzing the company's database data and state ideas to identify methods to enhance both the Supply and Demand operations• Supply: Calculate incentives and analyze completion rates to optimize drivers• Demand: Support segmenting customers, evaluate satisfaction, and gauge experience via the use of tools and metrics.
