Significant project: Vinfast Global implementation project.Implemented SAP for VinFast EU (Germany, France, Netherland) and VinFast U.S.VinFast is a subsidiary of Vingroup which is known as the strongest conglomerates in Vietnam. The Vinfast is also one of the top manufacturing and service companies in Vietnam, which offers vehicle (Car/ Escooter/ Ebus) products and services.Project Objective: This is a full-cycle project for manufacturing and logistics management of Vinfast LLC, include PP, IBP, EWM, MM, SD/ CRM, FI, CO, CRM and intergration to other systems.The structure of Vinfast include hundreds of branches for local sales, and several branches for export.Main responsibility:- Analyzed Customer business processes and designed to-be process.- Performed system configuration: Organisation structure, Pricing Procedure, Partner Function, Text Determination, Sales configuration, Logistics Execution Management, Rebate processing.- Setup material configuration profile.- Controled master data.- Conducted unit test.- Performed Data conversion.- Prepared the necessary documentation and conduct key-user training.- Managed EDI to integrate with electronic invoice system.
