Ms. Truong Ly Hoang Phi is an influential person in the Vietnamese startup and innovation ecosystem.With more than 18 years participating in the ecosystem, she has experienced all key and diverse roles: building ecosystems, operating startup support organizations (incubators, accelerator programs), investing individual investment, starting and running venture capital (VC) funds, funding applied research funds, consulting and investing in Vietnamese and international innovation projects, including high-tech projects, and consulting for government and private innovation programs.Major milestones in Phi Truong's career.- 2010: Established and developed BSSC - Business Startup Support Center, becoming the leading startup incubation and promotion organization in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. BSSC has built a network connecting with domestic and international startup ecosystems (20 countries, 5 continents) with more than 200 partners and more than 20,000 startups participating.- 2018: Launched and lead VinTech City at the invitation of Vingroup. She founded the VinTech Applied Research Fund (VinTech Fund), which is the first private fund to sponsor and support the commercialization of high-tech scientific products invented by Vietnamese people worldwide, with a total scale of its is $10 million for 2019 and 2020- 2020: Founded and operated IBP Investment Promotion and Business Support Joint Stock Company.
