  • Work with all the telecommunication devices, networks, IOT modules, smart wearable devices, and home internet devices such as modems, routers, dongles, etc. in the field and captive labs.• Perform data speed testing for various signal strengths and networks using different tools like Link Master, Datum, Google Speed Test, and Ookla apps to check throughput, Band, PCI, RSRP, SINR, etc. values. Additionally, collect logs on logging tools or on-device logs including all the required KPIs.• Support network operators like AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro, Boost, Cricket, and US Cellular for field testing.• Perform test plan analysis, reviewing test scope as per the DUT’s RAT support and CA capability, Download the latest SW, flash the devices, conduct sanity testing, and configure device specifications.•Identify, resolve, and report device-related issues, tools-related issues, and network-related issues to the provider. Also, perform regression testing to confirm fixes after flashing devices to new & updated SW.•Utilize diagnostic tools like QXDM, ELT, Wireshark, QXDM, QCAT, and QPST to gather and analyze logs as per requirements.•Execute mobility and stationary Testing in the live network, assessing functionalities like Data Testing, Coverage testing, MMS, SMS, MO/MT Calls, and Voice quality interruptions during field testing.•Perform testing of technologies like 5G NR mmWave and sub6 (SA and NSA bands), AT&T Firstnet, Carrier aggregation Test, Throughput test, 4x4 MIMO, and 256 QAM.•Perform and analyze data performance speed tests and signal strength of various protocols like UDP, HTTP, FTP, and TCP. To Conclude: Investigate and log common technical issues found during tests and submit daily reports. Capturing and investigating logs of new and existing issues found in the testing. Additionally, responsible for documenting the issues, steps for resolving issues, and escalating the issues with the entire team, OEM, tools Provider, and carrier provider.
