↬ Create, document, and maintain user friendly Manufacturing documentation (Work Instruction, Process Flow Diagram, Gantt chart) for Production staff.↬ Create ad maintain the Manufacturing BOM.↬ Create and maintain labor estimated for task, including skills required.↬ Providing Manufacturing support for NPD (New Product Development) for different projects.↬ Preparation of 1st Product development plan (Design, Procurement, Production & Inspection)↬ Conducting periodic review meeting with all stack holders for project status.↬ Defining Make/Buy decision for project items.↬ SAP: Defining Manufacturing hours in Routings, MBOM, Network.↬ Shop Layout for various products & projects and optimization of space layout by standardizing product design & flexibility in tooling.↬ Create Production throughput plans that based on continous improvement towards lean manufacturing.↬ To eliminate Muda,Mura,Muri & 8 types of wastages.↬ Identify & Solve shop floor Technical issues by various types of problem solving methods. (Fishbone, Why-Why analysis, PDCA etc.)↬ Root cause analysis & take action on it↬ Perform PFMEA, DFM for new product development↬ Shop floor Improvements by KAIZEN & other rewards actvities.↬ Carry out investigation and workshops into processes and component failure, including correspondence with Engineering & Quality dept. to resolve technical enquires in a timely manner.↬ Take projects in various PQCDMS categories to improve Cycle time, Quality, Productivity & Delivery, reduce Cost and Moral boost up.↬ Prepare KPI’s week wise & present to management.
