Worked and published a book on "An all-inclusive Study of Inclusion Levels for Ultra Clean Steel Making for Critical Applications" covering all the aspects of steel processing that affect inclusion formation and how to minimise it2. Effect of CaSi treatment on Steel Cleanliness to know how the CaSi treatment affects steel cleanliness, inclusion modification and in turn nozzle clogging. Handed over a presentation on same to plant3. Study of nozzle clogging behavior in micro-alloyed steel through statistical data analysis to know the parameters leading to nozzle clogging right from steel chemistry to continuous casting process parameters and how to minimise it4. Statistical data analysis and metallographic studies to understand the root cause of surface defects in micro-alloyed steel. Presented the same to plant operations departments5. Studied effect of alloying element additions on wear resistance of Tool and Die Steel using Pin-On-Disc test6.
