 Human Resource: • To assist the Sr. Manager – HR & Head - ER in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.• Recruitment and Selection. Salary Administration- Handling payroll of Onroll employees and Doctors.• Induction- Conduct and co-ordinate new employees’ induction program as a Trainer.• Attendance/Leave Management- Handling Employee Database, Leaves and Attendance in Electronic Attendance Management system.• MIS preparation - Training Score analysis, Feedback analysis, absent records.• Grievances management – right from the investigation to collection of source of grievance information as an Enquiry officer.• Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey Program.• Event Management- Organizing HR events on monthly basis for the Hospital Staff.• Database Management- Managing electronic systems (HRMS & HMS) & handling personal files of each employee on payroll of the hospital. preparing monthly data for ISO & NABH indicators.• Exit-Formalities• Full and Final Settlement IR/Legal Function: • Legal compliance• Contract management • Employment Exchange• Apprenticeship Management• Provident Fund/Pension• Time & Wage management:.
