CurrentOffice Manager – Administration – Executive Assistant Constantly developing internal personnel procedures to ensure optimum efficiency within the school. Maintaining the School calendar for the Principal, coordinating interviews, scheduling Parent Conferences, School meetings & School events. Responsible for maintaining Staff & Student confidential records.Human Resources - Process employee appointments, transfers & terminationsProcess Payroll for School employees. Minute Taker for Leadership meetings & other staff held meetings. Prepare reports for School Administration and legal portfolios when necessary. Also, generate PeopleSoft HR Personnel Position Comparison, Staffing Authorization, and Position Vacancy reports. Revise, and maintain School forms, Staff/Student Handbooks and New Student Handouts Data Entry in the areas of Discipline, Attendance, Exceptional Student Education, Guidance & Records Retention. Manage New Student Orientation & conduct presentations. Transportation Contact, Substitute Coordinator, Hospitality Coordinator. Worker’s Compensation 7 Benefits Coordinator. Warehouse Orders & Facility Work-orders.Internal Accounts and Finance Process all monies in the Internal Accounts. Maintain a running total of all receipts and expenditures, and a running balance of all accounts in the school ledger. Collect invoices and copy to the Finance Office for payment. Trace errors and record adjustments in order to correct changes or credits posted to. Issue all school checks. Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliation, and Principal's Report to be filed in the County. Collect monies for lost or damaged textbooks and issue receipts; maintain accurate records.
