My life experiences have taught me to value all people; therefore, I am open minded and accepting of others in my communication and work ethic. I have been raised in a “see a need, fill a need” family, which has led to meaningful volunteer and leadership opportunities. I am a natural problem-solver with a collaborative nature that recognizes and capitalizes on the strengths of others. Being goal oriented, I work well under pressure organizing tasks and people in an efficient manner to reach the best result. I reflect often and learn from my errors for the benefit of myself and others and future work.
