Designated by the Chief Executive Team to lead Leica’s business transformation of its global master data and build a central PMO. Developed the strategy to improve global master data and improve on-time delivery to 99%, drive efficiencies in working capital via 17% improvement in order re-invoicing, credit/pricing block reductions.

Led commercial marketing team for Leica Biosystems’ Advanced Staining business unit for the Americas. Maintained P&L responsibility of $135M (+16% y/y), and oversaw all aspects of marketing and partnerships with industry KOLs to drive clinical evidence of portfolio.

Managed global product strategy, overall P&L responsibility over microtomy, ancillary consumables product lines. Oversaw strategy to increase market share in Europe and Asia Pacific ($100M addressable market). Directed the post-acquisition integration plan for one of Leica’s acquisitions, resulting in meeting double digit ROIC goals.

Managed 17 consultant team ($15M annual sales), delivering business process improvement and change management solutions to the aerospace & defense, financial services, health sectors.
