Dr. Truus Poels LL.M. is an experienced leader in Human Resource Management, Change Management and Organizational Development. She worked as Head of HR, CHRO and senior management consultant with all aspects of business improvements, human resources and change projects in a variety of organizations, including multinationals and global companies. She holds a PhD in Administrative and Organizational Science from Utrecht University, the Netherlands. A model of Organizational Rhythmics was developed in her PhD thesis 'Rhythmics of Organizational Change'. She worked for several universities e.g. Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Royal Netherlands Defense College and Antwerp Management School Belgium, and lectured e.g. Cultural Diagnosis of Organizations, Human Resources Management, Organizations and Innovation, Leadership and Change Management and coached students with their research and theses. Currently Truus is Vice-rector Human Resource Development for LUT University (Lappeenranta-Lahti Finland). She is also professor of Organization Development and Change, Managing Human Resources, Adding Value through Human Capital and Managerial, Managerial Leadership in the Graduate Programs of Webster University, and Business Ethics in the Undergraduate Programs of Webster University, the Netherlands.
