Becoming the leader of the team with nine developers beside being a senior developer in the team. My responsibilities are overseeing the delivery of the team, reviewing code, supporting, training members, making reports and finishing my tasks with high quality.We are also working with some overseas development teams which may have the time zone differences. Alongside with technical supporting and cooperating with testers on bug fixing, we are also working with business analysts on clarifying requirements and/or suggesting for changes and improvements.

Working on a customer engagement system, which is a SaaS (software as a service) platform. The platform provides retail banking, customer services, fraud detection, debt collection and business rules management solutions. The platform comes with many components and interacts with third parties services. That requires a long training time, quick adaptation and problem-solving skills.My main contribution to the project is working on many applications for a variety of clients, mentoring and training new members. Also, I have made several internal tools to increase the productivity of the team.

We have built a system to manage employees and projects of the company.I am the leader of the team with 5 developers and 2 testers. As we applied the agile methodology to the project, I have also played the Scrum Master role besides a developer. As a Scrum Master, I made the plan for each sprint, held the meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective) with supports from a project manager and supported team on communication with Product Owner and other stakeholders. As a developer, besides analyze requirement and develop the system, I wrote acceptance criteria and unit test for each task. Also, I have researched and applied Sphinx search engine to the project, and then transferred to other team members.
